1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OddStack.

2. What OddStack is — and is not

OddStack helps you build and analyse football accumulator slips. Confidence figures, reasons and scorelines are derived from odds for information only. They are not betting tips, predictions, guarantees, or financial advice. Betting involves real financial risk and you may lose money. Never stake more than you can afford to lose. You alone are responsible for any bets you place with a licensed bookmaker. OddStack does not take bets or handle wagers.

3. No warranty

The app and its data are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Odds and information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddStack is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app, including betting losses.

5. Subscriptions

OddStack Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it where betting-related tools are unlawful.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
