1. Who we are

OddStack (“we”, “the app”) is a football accumulator slip-builder and odds analysis tool. The app is for users aged 18 and over.

2. Information we store

The app is designed to keep your data on your device. We store, locally on your phone (via on-device storage): your chosen display name, your target/risk preferences, slips you save, and your subscription status. We do not run our own accounts system and we do not sell your data.

3. Odds data

Live odds are retrieved through a third-party odds provider via our caching proxy. These requests do not include personal information about you.

4. Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your card details. Apple may share limited transaction information with us to manage your access.

5. Analytics & advertising

This version does not include third-party advertising. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to describe what is collected.

6. Your choices

You can clear your saved data by deleting your slips and removing the app.

7. Children

The app is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
